These terms cover culturr.com and the Culturr app. By using them, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Who it's for

You need to be 18 or older to use Culturr.

What Culturr is

Culturr is a daily practice for building habits and character. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. If you are struggling, talk to a qualified professional. The Grain describes how you tend to work; it is not a diagnosis.

Your part

Use Culturr for yourself and in good faith. On a team, partner or rope, don't pretend to be someone else, don't create fake members, and don't try to work out who someone is from their numbers. We may remove anyone who does.

Your content

What you write is yours. In the app it stays on your phone. We don't claim any rights to it.

Paid features

If Culturr offers paid features in the app, they are bought and billed through the App Store, and Apple's terms cover payment, renewal and refunds. You can cancel any time in your Apple account settings.

As is

We work to keep Culturr running and accurate, but we provide it as is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, Culturr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Ending

You can stop using Culturr and delete the app any time. We may remove anyone who breaks these terms from a team, partner pair or rope.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date above, and for meaningful changes we tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
