Common questions

Where is my data? What you write in the app stays on your phone. If you join a rope or pair with a partner, only numbers are shared, never your words. The full details are on the privacy page.

How do I change my check‑in times? On Today, tap the clock at the top right.

How do I connect my calendar? On Climb, find Your time. Sign in with Google, or use your iPhone calendar, which also reads any Google or Outlook account already on your phone.

How do I leave a rope or a partner? Open the rope or partner card on Climb and choose Untie or Leave. Your numbers are deleted.

How do I delete everything? Delete the app. Your entries live only on your phone, so they go with it. To remove an email you gave us, write to whatsup@culturr.com.
